As you may have noticed on your last trip into the gym that there is some new equipment recently set up for you to use. These new pieces of equipment were purchased by the Assoication. Rogue Landmine. Ours is fitted with a straight bar instead of the V bar in the photo. This is great for bent over rows and shoulder twists. Check out the videos under the Demo Videos tab. |
